Shipping:

Due to the increased volume with all carriers this year, shipping times may be delayed. Most will arrive on time, but some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We ship worldwide and 99% of order ship out within 24 hours of purchase.

 

USPS Priority Mail - Estimated 2 to 4 shipping days. Monday through Saturday delivery.

 

USPS First Class - Estimated 2 and 8 shipping days. Monday through Saturday delivery.

You will receive an email with you shipping information and tracking number.

Returns

  1. Contact us through email, phone, or chat with details about why you're looking to return an item.
  2. We will respond to you within 24 Hours.
  3. If a return is permitted then you will receive a shipping label to pack the item and ship it back to use.
  4. We will process the return when the item has been received.

GameSets Warranty & Return Policy

All products, new or used, purchased from GameSets through any sales channel, are covered by our 30 day free warranty. If you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 30 days. Just email us or give us a call and we will help you resolve any issue. New unopened product may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, within 30 days. Pre-owned and opened new product may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping, within 7 days of receiving it. The GameSets price guarantee policy allows you to request a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase date if you find a lower price on GameSets.io for an identical item.  The price adjustment will be in the form of store credit to your GameSets.io account.
